Bay Anchors, LLC
Janine DiPaula Stevens is the Founder of three entrepreneurial start-ups, Bay Anchors, LLC, Vircity and Power Play Energy Gum, and she is an owner of 720 S. Montford LLC.
Her entrepreneurial adventure started in 2005 when she created Vircity with the vision of helping small to mid-sized businesses and nonprofit organizations effectively utilize their resources by using Vircity to assist them with their back-office support activities. Vircity’s support services led to the creation of an event planning division that handled 20-person networking events, large galas and festivals with more than 100,000 people in attendance.
Alongside the Vircity journey, Janine became President of 80 Proof LLC in 2010, when she and her husband, utilized the manufacturing capabilities of one of her clients and created Power Play Energy Gum – a caffeinated chewing gum. In 2012, her entrepreneurial adventure grew further when she and her husband became part-owners of an 11,000-square-foot commercial property in Canton.
In 2016, she sold Vircity to start a new adventure. In early 2017, Janine’s business relationships and past work experience led her to new clients and the inspiration to create Bay Anchors, LLC where she could be the reliable and stable support, an anchor for businesses, by organizing complicated projects into detailed tasks and managing the project from concept to implementation.
Janine specializes in business operations and draws from an intimate knowledge of various industries including architecture, event planning, interior design, healthcare, manufacturing, private city and country clubs, retail, real estate, and restaurant.
